Treign Fit, future home of Train to Reign Crossfit is looking for Investors!
Our vision is to help people become the best versions of themselves through a holistic approach to training.
There are multiple investment options depending on your level of interest and ability.
Level 1 Ambassador: You buy into the vision and mission and want to help us get started but are not looking to invest in ownership.
Ambassadors investment are treated as donations, with a few perks based on the amount.
$500 – get one free year of programming and a Treign Fit Swag shirt
$1500 – one free year membership online as well as in person and a Treign Fit Swag shirt
$5000 – five years free gym membership and a Treign Fit Swag shirt
Level 2 Investor: You buy into the vision and are able to invest $10,000 or more to help us get started and benefit in profit sharing on a monthly basis.
$10,000 – 1% ownership in the company
You may invest $10,000 to get 1% share or more for more ownership. Our goal is to sell 10% ownership to purchase equipment, rent the space, and market the opening of the business, and we are willing to sell up to 20% ownership.
You can look over our business plan for more detail on monthly expenses and projections, but for example if the business profits $10,000 in a month, 1% share would get you $100. We will also give you the option of being bought back out in the 6th year at your original buy in price. If you choose this option your monthly profit share would act as interest on a loan. If you make $100 a month for 60 months you would make $6,000 on your investment. Likewise if someone invested $100,000 they would make $1,000 off of $10,000 profit etc..
